Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Radiant Desert Detailing. These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile auto detailing services. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms in full. We aim for absolute transparency and convenience, and we ask that you read these terms carefully before scheduling your appointment.

2. Services & Mobile Service Area

Radiant Desert Detailing provides premium mobile interior detailing services. We primarily serve the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, New Mexico metropolitan areas. If you are located outside this direct service area, a travel fee may apply, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are required for all services. We understand that plans change; however, we request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Frequent rescheduling may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

4. Pricing, Quotes & Payments

All quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. Final pricing is determined upon physical inspection of the vehicle. Factors such as extreme pet hair, mold, biohazards, or heavy soil may result in price adjustments. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service via cash, credit card, or approved electronic payment methods.

5. Vehicle Condition & Personal Items

Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to our arrival. While we take the utmost care, Radiant Desert Detailing is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or discarded items left inside the vehicle. We do not clean glove boxes or center consoles containing personal items unless specifically requested and emptied by the owner.

6. Weather, Access & Safety

As a mobile service, our work is weather-dependent. In the event of high winds, extreme heat, or precipitation, we may need to reschedule for safety and quality reasons. Customers must provide a safe work area with sufficient space around the vehicle. If the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, we reserve the right to decline service.

7. Satisfaction, Limitations & Warranties

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect the vehicle with us immediately following the service. If you are not satisfied, we will address the concern on the spot. Due to the nature of used vehicles, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or odors, nor can we 'repair' permanent damage such as vinyl cracks, leather tears, or carpet thinning.

8. Photos & Marketing

We may take 'before and after' photos of your vehicle for quality control and marketing purposes (social media and website). We respect your privacy and will always blur out sensitive identifying information. If you prefer that photos of your vehicle not be used for marketing purposes, please let us know at the time of service.

9. Liability & Indemnity

Radiant Desert Detailing is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or electrical issues that occur during the normal detailing process. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiant Desert Detailing from any claims arising from the condition of your vehicle prior to our arrival.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
