1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Radiant Desert Detailing. These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile auto detailing services. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms in full. We aim for absolute transparency and convenience, and we ask that you read these terms carefully before scheduling your appointment.
2. Services & Mobile Service Area
Radiant Desert Detailing provides premium mobile interior detailing services throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, New Mexico. At this time, we do not provide services outside of these areas.
3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are required for all services. We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible. Clear communication helps us better serve all customers and manage scheduling efficiently.
4. Pricing, Quotes & Payments
All quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. Final pricing is determined upon inspection of the vehicle. Factors such as excessive pet hair, heavy staining, or excessive soil may result in price adjustments.
For safety reasons, Radiant Desert Detailing does not service vehicles containing mold, biohazards, bodily fluids, needles, or other hazardous materials.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service via cash, credit card, or approved electronic payment methods.
5. Vehicle Condition & Personal Items
Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to our arrival. While we take the utmost care, Radiant Desert Detailing is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or discarded items left inside the vehicle.
For safety and liability reasons, glove boxes and center consoles containing personal items will not be opened or cleaned.
6. Weather, Access & Safety
As a mobile service, our work is weather-dependent. In the event of high winds, extreme heat, or precipitation, we may need to reschedule for safety and quality reasons. Customers must provide a safe work area with sufficient space around the vehicle. If the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, we reserve the right to decline service.
7. Satisfaction, Limitations & Warranties
Your satisfaction is important to us. Vehicle condition will be inspected both before and after the service to ensure transparency and quality control.
Due to the condition and age of used vehicles, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or odors, nor can we repair permanent damage such as vinyl cracks, leather tears, discoloration, or carpet thinning.
8. Photos & Marketing
Photos and videos of the vehicle will be taken before, during, and after the service for quality control, documentation, and liability purposes.
With customer permission, select photos or videos may also be used for marketing purposes, including social media and website content. We respect your privacy and will always blur or remove sensitive identifying information.
9. Liability & Indemnity
Radiant Desert Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, stains, discoloration, weakened materials, or previously repaired areas on the vehicle.
While we take every reasonable precaution during the detailing process, certain aged or damaged components may be more susceptible to failure during normal cleaning procedures. By booking our services, you acknowledge the current condition of the vehicle prior to service.
Any concerns regarding the vehicle’s condition must be communicated before the service begins.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
